SEANNA is a 65-metre motor yacht delivered by the Italian shipyard Benetti in 2011 and refreshed with a full refurbishment in 2021. Conceived as an extension of her owneru2019s previous yacht, Altitude, she was built ten metres longer with more than 50 percent additional volume, but the real story is how that extra space was used: not for grand, underused show-rooms, but for genuine family living, with interior design by Redman Whiteley Dixon and decor by Susan Young putting comfort and warmth ahead of formality.
The layout reflects that family-first brief directly. In place of a conventional, rarely used formal dining room, SEANNA offers an unprecedented choice of four separate guest lounges plus a dedicated dining room, ensuring there is always a space to match the mood, whether that is an informal breakfast in the bright sun deck lounge, a quiet hour in the library with its own working fireplace, or late-night dancing at the inside-outside Club Seanna disco on the upper deck.
Her interiors are finished in a timeless palette of white tones with dark wood cabinetry and panelling, cream carpets and contemporary furniture that feels considered rather than showy. The cosy main-deck library, complete with fireplace, doubles as a favourite spot for childrenu2019s playtime, while the main saloon itself converts into a cinema in the evenings, with a concealed 90-inch screen and projector keeping younger guests entertained until dinner and beyond.
Accommodation is arranged for 12 guests across seven en-suite cabins. The full-beam master suite on the main deck is genuinely substantial, with his-and-hers bathrooms including a steam room and Jacuzzi bath, a private study and a separate lounge area. An en-suite VIP cabin sits on the upper deck, while three double cabins and two twins occupy the lower deck, all finished with televisions and Apple AirPlay entertainment systems throughout.
Deck life on SEANNA is similarly generous. A shaded bridge-deck aft table seats the owners and every guest for a gourmet lunch out of the sun, while a dedicated massage and beauty room offers a quieter retreat. The beach club is where younger guests gravitate, with the crew on hand to set up an impressive water toy collection including waverunners, SeaBobs, canoes, waterskis, wakeboards and an aqua park trampoline, all backed by an RYA-approved water sports programme.
A semi-displacement steel hull and aluminium superstructure give SEANNA a cruising speed of around 12 knots and a maximum of 17, with a 6,000 nautical mile range supporting a relaxed, flexible charter calendar. A 2012 World Superyacht Awards finalist, she has spent close to fifteen years as one of the most consistently popular yachts on the charter market, splitting her year between the West Mediterranean in summer and the Caribbean and Bermuda over the winter, with a crew of 17 who specialise in genuinely relaxed, family-oriented charters. Note: not available for charter to U.S. residents while in U.S. waters.
Conceived as a more spacious follow-on from her owneru2019s previous yacht, SEANNA replaces a formal dining room with four flexible lounges built for genuine daily use.
