LUNASEA, formerly named HASNA, is a multi-award-winning 73-metre motor yacht built by the legendary Dutch shipyard Feadship and delivered in 2017, widely regarded as one of the finest Feadships ever built. Commissioned by a highly experienced owner who was involved in every square inch of her design and build, she was conceived from the outset as the perfect world-cruising family yacht, capable of going virtually anywhere on the globe in complete comfort. Her elegant, timeless exterior and her interior are both the work of the acclaimed British studio RWD, with naval architecture by De Voogt, and her styling draws inspiration from the classic white yachts of the 1930s to 1950s, reflecting a passion for glamour and quality while remaining subtly discreet. Scalloping details in the superstructure catch the light and break up her surfaces, giving her a sharp yet understated elegance, while inside RWD created a stately, modern environment contrasting light and dark wood panelling against white joinery, fine furnishings and marble. Built on a full-displacement steel hull with an aluminium superstructure, she offers exceptional volume, high ceilings and wide doorways that create a wonderful sense of space, along with advanced stabilisation for superb comfort at anchor and underway. Life aboard LUNASEA is built around family and entertainment on a grand scale. Her showstopping feature is the eight-metre infinity pool on the aft main deck, complete with an infinity waterfall and curved glass sections, while a ten-seat cinema, a full wellness centre with a massage room and hairdressing salon, a sundeck lounge with an inside-outside bar and jacuzzi, a gym, a beach club and an elevator serving every deck ensure there is something for everyone. As an approved RYA watersports centre she carries an overflowing toy box, from a custom cruiser waterslide and jet skis to Seabobs, e-foils and full scuba equipment, supported by a fleet of custom tenders. Accommodation is arranged for up to 12 guests in six generously proportioned en-suite cabins. The full-beam master suite sits forward on the main deck, with a king-size bed, a private study, a dressing area and separate his-and-hers en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, and a widescreen television positioned for viewing from anywhere in the room. The remaining cabins, comprising a VIP, two double cabins and two twin cabins, are spread thoughtfully across the decks to give different generations their own space while flowing together as one, each finished to the same exacting standard with its own entertainment system and en-suite facilities. A highly professional crew of around 20 delivers flawless, discreet service throughout. Powered by twin MTU engines, LUNASEA cruises comfortably at 14 knots with a top speed of 16 knots and a long 5,500 nautical mile range that has already taken her the equivalent of twice around the world.
