In a city that was built to impress, arriving by sea is the appropriate entrance.
The motor yachts available for charter in Dubai are selected for the Gulf’s particular conditions. Shallow, warm, sheltered water makes comfort and shade the priorities over ocean seakeeping. Vessels in the Dubai fleet range from 20 to 50 metres and accommodate between four and fourteen guests. Crew are experienced in the UAE’s hospitality standards and fluent in the logistics of a city that expects everything to arrive on time.
Weekly charter rates for motor yachts in Dubai typically run from 30,000 to 300,000 euros depending on size and specification, with the wider UAE fleet extending the options at both ends of the range. An advance provisioning allowance of roughly 30 per cent covers fuel, food, beverages and marina fees. The peak charter season runs from November through April.
Dubai’s charter itineraries include the Dubai Marina waterfront, the Palm Jumeirah outer crescent, the open Gulf between the Dubai and Abu Dhabi coastlines, and, for longer charters, passages north toward Ras Al Khaimah’s more dramatic, mountain-backed coastline.
