Eze sits on a cliff above the Mediterranean between Nice and Monaco, and the stretch of coastline from Villefranche-sur-Mer to Menton is among the finest in the Mediterranean for a crewed charter. A 50 metre yacht based in this area gains a full sky lounge, a beach club stern arrangement and a crew of ten to twelve, making it one of the most capable charter vessels for exploring the deep bays and sheltered ports of the eastern Riviera.
The South of France fleet at 50 metres draws from Benetti, Feadship, Amels and other leading yards, with build dates from 2012 onwards dominating the available pool. At this length interior volumes support a main salon, formal dining room and an upper lounge for evening use, giving guests genuinely separate spaces even at full occupancy of twelve.
Weekly rates for a 50 metre charter yacht in the Eze and Nice area run from approximately 100,000 to 220,000 euros. The advance provisioning allowance for fuel, provisions, port fees and water sports adds 30 to 35 per cent on top. The season runs from May through October, with July and August peaking at the highest rates. June and September offer the same coastal conditions at more competitive prices.
From this stretch of coast the eastern Riviera circuit between Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Monaco and Menton can be completed at a relaxed pace within a week without repeating an anchorage.
