Beachouse is a 39.65 metre Mangusta, delivered in 2009 and still one of the most recognisable open sport yachts on the Riviera. Long, low and fast, she was built to cover ground, a planing hull that lifts to a 41 knot top end and settles into a confident high speed cruise. She carries eight guests between the glamour of the South of France and the quieter water beyond, and she does it with the kind of presence that turns the harbour when she comes alongside.
She is a yacht that lives outside. The foredeck is given over to a plunge pool set among sunpads and loose cushions, a private sun lounge with the bow and the open sea to itself. Astern, the main aft deck shades a full dining table and sofas, open to the water and a step above a broad bathing platform that drops to the sea for swimming and launching. Between the two, there is always a place in the sun or the shade, and at anchor the decks flow easily from breakfast to long lunches to sundowners as the day turns.
Inside, the mood is cool and current. The main salon is wrapped in glass that keeps the sea close on both sides, pale sofas and clean contemporary lines arranged around the light. A few steps in, an interior dining area seats the whole party in air conditioned calm, set against warm timber and soft lighting, while a quieter lower lounge offers a second corner framed by a gallery of prints. The palette stays crisp and restrained throughout, a modern counterpoint to the warmth of the wood, the kind of easy, pared back interior that suits a yacht meant to be lived in from the deck rather than behind glass.
Accommodation is arranged across four cabins for eight guests. The master suite runs full beam, a wide double with hull windows to either side and a private bathroom in stone and timber. Forward, a VIP double welcomes guests in warm timber and soft light, and a twin cabin with side by side beds completes the layout, each room served by its own bathroom. It is a layout built for a close group or a family, with privacy where it matters and an easy flow back up to the decks.
For charter guests, Beachouse pairs speed with glamour. Her tenders and watersports open up the coast at pace, from the beach clubs of the South of France to the islands of the Bahamas in winter, and a crew of six keep the days running with quiet, attentive service. Crew quarters sit forward and separate, so the team can run the yacht without ever crossing the guest spaces, and her shallow draft and turn of speed reach anchorages that larger yachts tend to pass by. She is a yacht for guests who want to see more of the coast in a day, to arrive quickly and in style, and to make the most of fast, bright Mediterranean light, season after season on one of the most glamorous charter circuits in the world.
