VIKING III is a beautiful 35.02-metre Notika Teknik motor yacht with impressive deck space and warm interiors throughout, an ideal family-friendly charter yacht with a full shed of water toys, excellent amenities and an all-star professional crew. Built in 2004 by the respected Turkish yard Notika to naval architecture by Dixon Yacht Design with an interior by Gregory C. Marshall, this Centaurian 115 has undergone extensive refits in 2021 and 2023 that left her in top condition, with brand-new soft furnishings, mattresses, lighting, watermakers, crockery, glassware and cutlery alongside numerous technical and engineering upgrades. Fast, stylish and comfortable, she is powered by twin MTU engines for a comfortable 18-knot cruise and a spirited top speed of around 24 knots, supported by a modern stabilisation system underway and at anchor for smooth, quiet cruising in a range of conditions. VIKING III boasts a contemporary interior design with a neutral base palette of creams and beige and fresh pops of colour adding a sense of fun, blended with tones of fine mahogany. Stepping aboard her main deck aft, guests find a beautiful alfresco dining space with seating for eight and a lounge area. Inside, her main salon and formal dining are open plan, with a U-shaped lounge area aft and a formal dining table seating up to ten forward, casually separated by a low central island divider. Large windows provide exceptional views, and a pop-up flat-screen television keeps the space relaxed and ideal for casual socialising. The most popular spot on board is her vast sundeck, which features a Jacuzzi, a sauna, four sun loungers, a bar for up to four and a large dining area for up to ten guests. It is well shaded with optional removable sail shades, the perfect place to sunbathe and enjoy a drink with 360-degree views. Below, her foredeck offers a beautiful spot for lounging in the sun with sunpads and a lounger area, while aft her beach club provides full, easy access to the water. Accommodation is arranged for up to 10 guests across five cabins. The split-level master cabin is located on the main deck and is full beam, with a king bed, tall wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a separate Jacuzzi and his-and-hers sinks. On the lower deck are two full-beam VIP cabins fore and aft, both with queen beds, walk-in wardrobes and a desk and vanity area, plus two additional double-bedded cabins with plenty of storage. Each guest cabin has its own en-suite shower room, and there is an additional cabin for a nanny. Every cabin is finished in the same warm, contemporary style with quality materials and modern comforts, creating restful sanctuaries at the end of each day.
