Baglietto has been building boats since 1854, which makes it one of the oldest names still working in Italy. The yard began at Varazze and now builds at La Spezia, and it spent much of the twentieth century producing fast, light planing hulls, a good many of them for navies. The modern yard works in steel and aluminium on displacement yachts, and keeps the deep blue hull that has been its signature for decades.
Our Baglietto charter fleet spans thirty three to fifty nine metres. Vicky at fifty nine is the largest, a 2009 hull with the volume that length brings. Severin’s at fifty five and C at fifty four are 2020 and 2021 deliveries and show the yard’s current thinking most clearly, with Daybreak from 2024 the newest of the group at fifty two. Perla Bianca at forty one, delivered in 2023, and Amici Per Sempre at thirty three fill the smaller end.
Weekly rates open near sixty five thousand euros for Amici Per Sempre and reach three hundred and eighty five thousand for C, with the fifty metre group agreed between two hundred and fifty and three hundred thousand. An advance provisioning allowance close to thirty percent covers fuel, food, berthing and drinks.
