MIPIM brings eighteen thousand people in real estate to Cannes in March, and the ones doing the largest deals are not in the Palais. They are on the yachts along the Quai Saint-Pierre, hosting the meetings that the exhibition floor exists to arrange. A berth on the Vieux Port during MIPIM is one of the most efficient pieces of business real estate in Europe for four days.
A MIPIM yacht charter buys you a private, permanent address a two-minute walk from the entrance. No stand build, no queue, no hotel meeting room booked by the hour. Clients come aboard for coffee at nine and dinner at nine, and the yacht is yours in between for the conversations that do not happen in public.
MIPIM 2027 runs from Monday 15 to Friday 19 March. March is the single best argument for this charter: it sits outside the Mediterranean season entirely, so the yachts that command extraordinary money in August are available, and the rate for a MIPIM week is a fraction of a July one. The constraint is berths, not boats.
Our South of France fleet runs from 26 to 79 metres at weekly rates between roughly 49,500 and 900,000 euros, with March pricing well below the summer figures. For a MIPIM brief we shortlist on berth eligibility and meeting space rather than water toys.
