Five cabins is the most common configuration in the charter market, and for good reason. It sleeps ten guests in proper rooms, or twelve when one cabin converts or carries a pullman berth, and it does so without forcing the yard to surrender crew quarters or beach club volume. Roughly a third of our charter fleet is laid out this way.
The 154 yachts we list with five cabins run from twenty four metres to sixty seven, with the median sitting close to forty two. At the lower end the arrangement is usually a master plus four guest cabins on a single lower deck. Above forty five metres the master moves up to the main deck, the VIP takes the best position below, and the remaining three cabins gain enough volume to feel genuinely equal. Benetti, Feadship, Sanlorenzo and Amels are the yards most represented here.
Weekly rates cluster between seventy five thousand and three hundred thousand euros, with a median near one hundred and fifty five thousand, plus an advance provisioning allowance of around thirty percent. A handful of smaller hulls charter below twenty five thousand and the largest reach close to six hundred thousand.
