The Louis Vuitton 38th America’s Cup Match runs from 10 to 18 July 2027 in the Gulf of Naples, with the challenger series ahead of it.
An America’s Cup yacht charter is a genuine grandstand rather than a marketing phrase. These boats race close inshore on short courses, and the spectator fleet is positioned along the course boundary, which means you watch AC75s at forty knots from your own deck instead of a screen. Vesuvius sits behind the racecourse. It is an absurd backdrop and it will be on every broadcast.
Naples is not a conventional charter base, and that is the opportunity. Berthing in the city and at Marina di Stabia is finite and the Cup will consume it, so committing early matters more here than at an established event. Yachts anchor in the bay or work out of Capri, Sorrento and Ischia, all within an easy morning run of the course.
