Six cabins at fifty metres is the configuration that fills the guest list without borrowing a berth. Twelve people sleep in twelve proper beds, with no pullman made up and no convertible twin doing double duty. At around one hundred and sixty four feet there is room for a full beam master on the main deck and five cabins below it.
Fifty three yachts run this layout. Feadship leads with five hulls, ahead of Amels and Codecasa with four each, then Heesen and Westport. Fifty two of the fifty three take twelve guests, so the cabin count and the guest count line up exactly. Twenty one carry a gym, twelve a cinema and nine a beach club, and the fleet runs from Va Bene and La Pellegrina to Otium and Lel.
Weekly rates run from eighty five thousand euros to three hundred thousand, with the median near two hundred and twenty five thousand and most of the fleet between one hundred and eighty and two hundred and fifty thousand. An advance provisioning allowance of roughly thirty percent covers fuel, food, berthing and drinks. The band is tighter here than it is at forty metres.
Six cabins means the group travels together instead of splitting across a second yacht or a hotel ashore. Through the summer this fleet works the Riviera, Sardinia, the Amalfi coast and the Greek islands, and from December it moves to Saint Barths, Antigua and the Grenadines.
