A beach club and a waterslide together turn the stern of a charter yacht into a private playground that works from dawn to long after lunch. The beach club sits at the waterline, a shaded platform with seating and direct access to the sea, while the waterslide begins one or two decks above and drops guests straight into the water or onto the swim platform below.
Thirty one charter yachts carry both, from twenty nine metres to ninety six. Lady S, Sophia, Sunrays and Arbema anchor the top of the fleet, while Bello, Moka and Rising Dawn bring the combination within reach at a more moderate weekly rate. The best installations link the two so the beach club serves as both the landing zone for the slide and the launch point for the water toys.
Weekly rates open at seventy five thousand euros and reach one million eight hundred thousand, with the broad middle of the fleet chartering between one hundred and fifty thousand and six hundred thousand euros per week. The median sits close to three hundred and thirty five thousand. Add roughly thirty percent for the advance provisioning allowance, covering fuel, food, port fees and drinks.
The western Mediterranean dominates the summer season. Sardinia, the Amalfi Coast, Croatia and the South of France deliver the sheltered bays and warm water that make the slide worth using from May through October. From November, a portion of the fleet crosses for the Caribbean and the Bahamas, where the combination stays in daily use through the winter.
