At 200,000 euros per week, charter yachts available in and around the Tobago Cays Marine Park run between 55 and 65 metres, with crews of 10 or 11 and a full complement of on-board amenities suited to a week of island exploration. These are substantial, well-equipped vessels: stabilisers, beach clubs, multiple sun decks and a watersports programme that includes dive equipment for the reef excursions. The Tobago Cays sit at the heart of the itinerary, the marine park’s horseshoe reef enclosing shallow, clear water where hawksbill turtles feed in the sea grass year-round. Around the marine park, Mayreau’s Salt Whistle Bay is enclosed by a sandbar and sheltered from the trade wind swell, one of the most photographed anchorages in the Caribbean. Union Island, Palm Island and Petit St Vincent extend the itinerary into the quieter southern Grenadines. The advance provisioning allowance adds 30 percent to the base rate, covering fuel, food, berthing and drinks. Peak season from December to April commands full rates. The shoulder months from May to November deliver lighter anchorages and more flexibility on rate and duration. Guests of 10 to 12 travel in well-appointed cabins and find the on-board routine shaped around daily water access.
