Motor yachts make up the greater part of the charter market for good reason. They arrive on schedule, they carry more volume for their length than any sailing equivalent, and they put the full range of a modern superyacht within reach of a single week. When the itinerary matters more than the passage, this is the fleet to start with.
Our motor charter fleet spans enormous variety, from twenty five metre planing designs that reach Saint Tropez from Cannes before lunch, through the displacement tri-decks in the forty to sixty metre range that form the heart of the market, up to ninety metre yachts with helipads, pools and interior volume closer to a small hotel. Accommodation typically runs four to eight cabins for ten to twelve guests, with crew numbers scaling from five to well over thirty.
Rates begin near forty thousand euros a week and pass three million at the very top of the fleet, with the largest concentration falling between one hundred and three hundred thousand. Expenses are billed through an advance provisioning allowance of roughly thirty percent, and fuel is the variable that moves most, so a week spent island hopping will cost differently from a week at anchor.
